350 8th St. is 2.5 blocks from the 1800s residential square of Hamilton Park, a few blocks further to the Newport Mall and the Pavonia/Newport PATH subway.
Manhattan is one stop away.

The apartment needed some work in 2002. The pine hardwood floor was under 1) carpet 2) vinyl and 3) plywood.

The outside. It's a Victorian Italianate from the late 1800s.

Room 3 door has a transom that can be restored. Needs better locks on doors.	windows in rooms 2 and 3 are drafty and old and need replacing.

Kitchen. There is brick in the wall behind the refrigerator. Can be exposed.	The kitchen will eventually be re-done, but for now the gold knobs will be the only part that will change... to silver or black.
sink and cabinets are opposite stove and counter, which is kind of strange.	The faucet has to go.
Lighting fixture in kitchen needs changing.	Behind the kitchen, past the refrigerator, towards the bathroom.
